No fees for authors, no paywall for readers

QAIRU Journal charges no article processing charge, no submission fee, no page or colour charge, and no fee for the use of a template. The cost of running the journal is carried by Qazaq AI Research University.

Articles are open from the day they are published, with no embargo. They are licensed under CC BY 4.0: anyone may read, copy, distribute and build on the work, provided the authors are credited. Copyright stays with the authors, who do not transfer it to the journal.

Access to the full text does not require registration. An account in the journal is needed only to submit a manuscript or to review one.
